Understand Your Customer
Your ad copy is only as good as your understanding of your customer. Ask yourself:
- What problems do they want to solve?
- What outcomes are they hoping to achieve?

For example, if you’re targeting small business owners, highlight how your product saves them time or increases their revenue.
Assignment:
Create a customer persona. Identify their age, occupation, challenges, and goals.
Example:
Age: Target age group (e.g., 25-40 years old).
- Gender: Specify if applicable (e.g., male, female, or all genders).
- Occupation: Their job role or industry (e.g., marketing manager, small business owner).
- Income Level: Approximate earnings (e.g., middle-income, high-income).
- Location: Geographic area (e.g., urban, rural, specific city or country).
- Education: Level of education (e.g., high school, bachelor’s degree, specialized training).
- Interests: Hobbies, values, or preferences (e.g., technology, sustainability).
- Challenges: Pain points they face (e.g., low sales, limited online presence).
- Goals: What they want to achieve (e.g., increase revenue, expand reach).
- Buying Behavior: How they make decisions (e.g., price-conscious, brand-loyal).
- Preferred Communication Channels: Where they engage most (e.g., email, social media, search engines).
